Method:

3、 White gourd seed drink
raw materials: 30g white gourd seed, 30 rock sugar and 300ml boiling water
Method:
1. Mash the white gourd seeds, add 30g rock sugar and put them in a bowl
2. Pour 300ml of boiling water and simmer over low heat
